1. What these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and MensaIQ. They apply whenever you visit our website, take one of our tests, or hold a membership. By using MensaIQ you accept these terms; if you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.

MensaIQ offers an online cognitive test, a personal score report with a category-by-category breakdown, and an ongoing membership that includes brain-training exercises and the ability to retake tests and track your progress over time.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Choose a strong password, don’t share it, and let us know right away at support@mensaiq.com if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. One account is for one person — please don’t share or resell access.

4. Billing — please read this carefully

To view your full results you start a paid trial: $0.99 for 14 days, then $29.99 per month. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts automatically to the monthly plan and renews every month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account page — no phone calls, no hoops. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We show this pricing before you ever enter payment details, and our refund policy explains what happens if a renewal goes through by mistake.

5. Not a clinical diagnosis

MensaIQ tests and scores are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a clinical instrument, and your results are not a medical or psychological diagnosis of any kind. If you have concerns about memory, attention, or any aspect of cognitive health, please speak with a qualified professional.

6. Our content

Everything that makes up the service — questions, scoring methods, graphics, reports, software and branding — belongs to MensaIQ or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it while you have access. Please don’t copy, republish, scrape, or resell any part of the service, and don’t attempt to extract our question bank or answer keys.

7. Limits on our liability

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, MensaIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If a change is significant — especially anything affecting pricing or billing — we’ll give you notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use MensaIQ after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you don’t, you can cancel your membership as described above.
